Student Wins School Snooker Title, Now Moving Toward NationalsLalit Dahiya entered the Delhi Schools Snooker Tournament and did so well that he won the event and was picked to receive a special training session. Dahiya will be subject to a weeklong special training session with Subhash Agarwai, a national coach, in Mumbai next week. (30/06)

Tredegar Snooker Tournament to air on Cuesport TV
The annual Tredegar Constitutional Club Pro-Am Snooker tournament will begin to air on the Cuesport TV channel on WebTV this Thursday and will continue to air every Thursday until a one week break on the 23rd of July. The final will be played on August 13th. (23/06)

The Trinity Hall Snooker Club in Henley has seen their number of snooker player’s drop over the past few years so they are looking to find new members. The club would like to have amateur as well as experienced players come to the club and help build it back up to where it once was. (16/06)
Hussain Mahmood Qualifies for Arab Snooker Semi-finals
Hussain Mahmood is a member of the under twenty one Bahrain snooker team and his recent performance in the Arab Snooker championship showed that he has the skills to make it to the top. Mahmood recently beat Fadhel Mahmood to enter into to semi-final play. (12/06)
Khan and Sajjad to Represent Pakistan in Snooker Championship
The 6-Red Ball International Snooker Championship is set to take place on July 7th and will continue until the 12th in Bangkok. Players will be competing from all over but it will be Raees Khan and Muhammad Sajjad will be representing Pakistan in the competition. (09/06)
Lismore Workers Club Hosting Annual Snooker Open This Weekend
This weekend the Lismore Workers Club will be holding their annual snooker open with around fifty people competing for the first place prize. Four tables will see players competing in the best of five frames knockout competition. The finals are scheduled to run on Monday. (05/06)

The Cargo Star Open Snooker Title took place just a few days ago at the Dar es Salaam Gymghana Club Gallery and it was Arjun Lavingia who was able to take down the tournament with large scores in his matches. (02/06)
