Dennis Taylor Raises Money for Ambulance Fund by Performing Trick Shots
Snooker Ace Dennis Taylor raised more than £2,000 this past week for the North West Air Ambulance Service by performing trick shots and a game of snooker. The Padiham Rotary Club hosted the event which was dubbed the “Dennis Taylor Night” at the Mytton Fold Hotel, Langho.

Over two hundred people attended to event to watch Taylor do his tricks and raise money for the Ambulance fund. Taylor is a six time Irish snooker champion and a one time World Trick Shot champion so it was no surprise when he began showing the audience his the trick shots he could do on a full size snooker table.

Two people attending were able to play a snooker game against Taylor after bets were placed in an auction. Others received Taylor signed snooker cues as raffle prizes. Bingo was also played during the event as Barry Brown played MC for the night.
