Saurabh Srivastava of Madhya Pradesh was unable to come up with the win when he faced Kan Kan Shamsi. With the win Shamsi now has made the main draw of the National senior snooker championship in the men’s division.

Shamsi was able to overcome Srivastava with scores of 21-68, 74-00, 59-31 and 73-38 to make the draw. Shamsi lost the first frame but then he came back with much fervor and won the second frame and then went on to take the win.

Pankaj Advani won for the fourth time during the senior billiards event and now the Seniors Snooker event is set to take place. the event will take place at the 76th Indian National Billiards and Snooker Championship.

Shyam Jagtiani, a former national snooker champion, also made the main snooker event. Jagtiani earned his way to the tournament on the 14th day of competition. The event lasted three weeks with various tournaments taking place throughout the mega event.
