Paul Davison to face Judd Trump in German Masters
The German Masters are in full swing and the top players in the industry are working hard to make it to the finals of the competition. Some players will go home empty handed while others will be able to win prizes, but of course there can only be one winner. Currently several players are making their way through the competition and this includes Paul Davison. Davison recently defeated Krzystof Wrobel and will now face Judd Trump in the next round. Davison faced Wrobel at the Tempodrom and was able to win the match 5-2. Davison split the first two frames with Wrobel and then Davison quickly moved up to a 3-1 lead. Wrobel would then win the next frame and this would reduce Davison’s lead to one.
In the end it was Davison’s experience in the game of snooker that got him through the match. He took the next two frames and with a final break of 38, Davison was able to win the match and then move on to face Trump in the next matchup.
The two will face off this morning and it will be interesting to see which player will move on to the next round of the competition. Will Trump be moving on to the next round or will it be Davison who moves on? After today, we shall see who will be advancing in the competition!
