Scott McKenzie Wins Locarno Snooker Club Title
Scott McKenzie beat Robert Carlisle recently in the Capital’s Locarno Snooker Club tour stop main event 4 to take the title win. The two faced off in the finals and it was McKenzie who was able to come out on top.

This was McKenzie’s second main tour event win in a row and he is now back in the number one spot in the Scottish rankings. McKenzie earned a 5-3 victory to take the win. Both players competed well in the tournament and played hard in the finals. McKenzie used his experience to outlast Carlisle in the final.

Carlisle started the final with a 45 to win the first frame but McKenzie had a break of 105 to level the match. Carlisle then saw breaks of 47 and 52 to gain a lead of 3-2. Carlisle made it to 41 points ahead in frame six but McKenzie earned a 64 to level the match and then took control to win the last two frames, which gave him the win.
