Snooker Club Re-opens after Months of Renovations
The Old Stamford Snooker Club on High Street has reopened after months of renovations. Snooker players in the area will be glad to see the club reopened and in its present state as the club has been restored to its former glory.

The new owner of the club took his time to renovate the club and make it what customers would appreciate. The renovations took four months to complete and the owner, Christian Bryan, is hoping to bring in serious snooker players as well as amateurs.

The new owner is a builder by trade and he spent months changing the building for the better by removing concrete and adding five snooker tables as well as a bar and gaining his alcohol license. The snooker club is now decorated in the art deco style, taking on a 1920s feel.

Christian commented: “The club is a treasure for Stamford but unfortunately it went into disrepair and it’s taken a lot of time and effort to get it this way.”
