Snooker player Duncan Bezzina has won his third ranking tournament this season on March 12th. The snooker player won the event which was held at the Jesmond Sporting Club by the Malta Billiards & Snooker association.

Bezzina beat Alex Borg 6-1 in the final to earn his third ranking tournament win. The loss was Borg’s first in sixteen months in local competitions organized by the MBSA. Bezzina was on top of his game throughout the tournament and even had a break of 66 during the final.

Though Bezzina did well, it was Borg who had the largest break of the tournament. Borg earned a break of 122 which was the largest of the tournament. Borg is still at the top of the MBSA ranking list with 3,750 while Bezzina is next with 2,750 points.
