Trinity Hall Snooker Club Searching for New Members
The Trinity Hall Snooker Club in Henley has seen their number of snooker player’s drop over the past few years so they are looking to find new members. The club would like to have amateur as well as experienced players come to the club and help build it back up to where it once was.

The club secretary, Terry Colby, commented: “The club used to be open most days, when we had about sixty two members. Over time it’s gradually gone quiet as people have moved on, but we want to inject some new life into the club.”

New members to the club will find that they not only play for leisure but they also play in the Henley and District League in snooker as well as billiards. They also compete in many cups each year. Players can join the club as young as fourteen but they must have an adult supervising them.

Mike Wheeler a Club Steward commented: “You don’t have to join the club to compete. It’s a great game to learn and play, with a great social atmosphere. I’m sure there are some people in the town who could teach me a thing or two about the game.”
