World Snooker is the cream of the crop when it comes to snooker events. Players dream and fight to be able to compete in a World Snooker event. World Snooker recently announced they have now signed title sponsors for two upcoming events as well as the major events coming up later in the year.

The Snooker Shoot-Out event at Blackpool Tower Circus will be sponsored by Party Poker and the event will have a prize pool of £32,000. The event will take place o the 27th to the 29th of January and will be a one-frame knockout tournament event.

The Welsh Open is set to take place at Newport Centre on February 8th to the 11th and this event will be sponsored by online gambling group 888. With the sponsorship, 888 will now see their brand named added to the title of the event.

Each sponsor was earned by World Snooker after the companies discussed sponsorship opportunities. Each event will see their sponsor heavily advertised and will offer snooker players the best in snooker competition.

World Snooker will offer several events this year and players are already getting ready to compete in each event and hopefully earn their spot in the championships at the end of the current season.
